Withdrawal Declaration

Under applicable law, a consumer buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without stating any reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The right of withdrawal may also be exercised – in accordance with the applicable legal provisions – prior to receipt of the product, as well as in respect of product(s) in transit.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the product shall in all cases be borne by the consumer.

Please note that shipping costs incurred in connection with uncollected parcels are also borne by the consumer.

We are unable to accept physically damaged products or refund their purchase price.
Please return the product(s) with all accessories, preferably in their original packaging.
Please enclose a copy of the purchase invoice with the product(s).

BANKNOTE Kft accepts no liability for physical damage caused by improper packaging during shipping of returned products; this shall be the buyer's responsibility in all cases.
